    Etobicoke


    Etobicoke homes is my primary focus, as I live in Etobicoke and I'm best choice realtor  for Etobicoke real  estate.


    Etobicoke is a community making up the western part of Toronto, Ontario. It is situated between Old Toronto and Mississaga.It became a part of the City of Toronto in 1998 and is now divided into three larger areas known as The Lakeshore, Central Etobicoke, and North Etobicoke. Etobicoke is a home to Ukrainian Bloor West Village festival and Polish Festival in Roncevalles, Parade of Santas, musical festivals and so much more. High Park is one of largest and prettiest parks in Toronto GTA. Etobicoke features beatuful Beaches and Parks near Lake Ontario, many trails, sport facilities. Etobicoke has many great schools, colleges end other Educational Facilities. Due to it's great location Etobicoke has easy access to any point of GTA. 

    Etobicoke is among the most dog friendly Neighbourhoods  Swansee and Bloor West are the winners, if you are looking to spoil your dog.

    The Lakeshore

    This area spans along the north shore of Lake Ontario and is comprised of three of the first municipalities in Etobicoke; Mimico, New Toronto and Long Branch, as well as Alderwood and Humber Bay.

    Mimico

    • Primarily residential area with two commercial strips; Royal York Road and Lake Shore Boulevard West
    • Transportation: Buses connecting to Bloor-Danforth subway and Mimico GO Transit station

    • Transportation: Highway 427, QEW within proximity; Kipling Station
